The perfect photo

The perfect photo

Choose a sharp, well-lit, good-quality photo with faces clearly visible. Dark, blurry or heavily compressed photos reduce the detail of the engraving.

Wood is natural: grain and shading make every piece unique.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take?

I make every piece to order in 1–3 working days. Then it ships; I let you know before it leaves.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is always free in Italy. In the rest of the European Union it costs €15 for the first item and €5 for each additional item. You see the total in the cart before paying.

Which photo should I upload?

A sharp, well-lit, good-quality photo with faces clearly visible. If the photo is small the site tells you, and you can choose another one.

Is the USB-C cable included?

No, cable and charger are not included. It works with any phone charger with a USB-C cable.

Can I add a phrase?

Yes. Both versions, with and without light, come with a wooden plaque: you can have a phrase, a date or a name engraved on it, up to 50 characters. You type it when you order.

Can I order several frames together?

Yes. Add as many frames as you like to the cart, each with its own photo and colour, and pay once.

How do I pay?

Payment happens on Stripe's secure page: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the other methods available in your country. Card details never pass through this site.

Can I return the frame?

Every frame is personalised with your photo and made especially for you, so the right of withdrawal does not normally apply. If it arrives damaged, write to me straight away and we will find a solution.

What happens to my photo?

I only use it to make your piece. It is kept in a private archive in the European Union and deleted automatically 60 days after shipping.
